Runners “Tune-Up” Treatment

This 30-minute treatment is specifically designed for dedicated runners, offering focused care before and after running events or during training. It targets lower body areas commonly fatigued, strained, or overused from running, including the hips, glutes, piriformis, IT band, quads, hamstrings, calves, shins, and feet. Light stretching can be incorporated upon request for additional relief and flexibility. As a shorter, cost-effective treatment, it’s ideal for frequent use, complementing your regular training routine. Pressure levels are customized based on your needs, and the treatment can be enjoyed on its own or added to any other service.
